Launched by the CW television network, the show is adapted from DC's longevity comic "Green Arrow". Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), who has a net worth of hundreds of millions, suffered a serious cruise accident. Five years after he disappeared and was declared dead, he was found alive. When he returned to the metropolis, he was warmly welcomed by his family and friends, but they also felt that he was different from five years ago.
