As the story progresses to season four, the relationship between walter (Bryan Cranston) and gus (Giancarlo Esposito) begins to become increasingly tense. Gus not only strengthened the surveillance of Walter, but also tried to control Jesse (Aaron Paul), hoping that one day he could replace Walter. Some clues make Hank (Dean Norris) gradually become suspicious of Gus, which brings Walter's identity on the verge of being exposed several times. Walter discovered Gus's intention to kill himself, and he wanted to use his savings to take his family away. Unexpectedly, Skyler (Anna Gunn) used this huge amount of property for self-protection. Walter was cornered, and there was only one choice in front of him, which was to strike first and get rid of Gus at all costs.
