"Naked and Frightened" (21 Days of Primal Life) takes the word "survival of the fittest" to a new level. Every week, a man and woman who don't know each other are stranded in the world's most extreme climate and challenged to survive. Every couple faces a helpless situation without food, water and clothing. They had to survive on their own for 21 days, with only one personal item in their hands, and the only thing they could rely on was their own survival knowledge. These brave men and women must quickly get to know each other and explore their surroundings to the best of their ability. All their previously learned survival skills and instincts will be tested and questioned.
