They hired the famous actor David Ruskin to play Munch. Ruskin, however, hid his role for a few days in order to play Monk, who investigates the related homicides of a young woman killed in her apartment and a pawnbroker shot during a robbery. Things go sour, however, when Ruskin goes a little too far with the monk's role.
