The Body in the Library

In the small village of St Mary Mead, the owners of the local estate, Colonel Bantry and Mrs Gossington Hall, were shocked when they discovered the body of a young lady in the library one morning. They called the police, who quickly ran into a brick wall, only to discover that the body was that of a London dancer whom the Bantry family didn't even recognize. But how and why did her body stay in the library? To find out the truth, the Bantrys turn to their good friend and detective Miss Jane Marple.
