The film is based on the novel "The Headhunters" by Jules Bass. Three young girls Grace (Selena Gomez), Emma (Katie Cassidy) and Meg (Leighton Meester) decide to use the money they have saved to set off on Take a dream trip to Paris, only to find the trip has turned into a total disaster. When they decide to take a break from their bad excursions and enter the lobby of a 5-star hotel, Grace is mistaken for a wealthy English heir named Cordelia.
