In 3×01 "No Place Like Home", 10 years have passed since the animal infection incident, and most of the animals have been cured. No more black bears breaking into the kitchens of ordinary homes, no more rats infesting elevators, and the streets of Washington, D.C., no longer look like African safari. Everything seems to be improving, but humans are paying a high price - the airborne medicines used to cure the animals are spreading across the globe, and humans are gradually losing their fertility. A new threat called "hybrids" has emerged, an army of laboratory-created monsters whose determination to destroy humanity cannot be stopped. Gracie Dzienny this season plays Mitch Morgan's daughter, Clementine has grown up. Clementine insists that her father is still alive and asks his former comrades-in-arms to help rescue him. To cure human infertility, only Mitch can do it.
